Whereas the Central Govt. issued notification about the performing animals under section 38 of the Act but the offence under this section is a non-cognizable offence with minor punishments, it should be changed first if we are serious about Animal rights & their welfare here in India. It would have been better if you went into further detail to differentiate between the print and the electronic media (cynicism vs blatant display of stupidity), and the english language and the vernacular presses. I will be expecting that from you as well. :-) And did you miss out on the daily drudgery of 'filing copies', the know-it-all 'subs' who sub out meaning and doubly retard the 'copy', the booze and the constant calls from PR professionals, and most importantly how the 'handsome pay packet' enforces silence?
